CCNL 3 | Relationship - Connecting Hearts to Ministry Mission
This module is designed to provide the leader of a nonprofit organization with an executive-level view of how to create and build an engaging brand, connect that brand with various audiences, and inspire donor support. You will learn to establish your organization's distinctive brand. You will learn how to take a sound approach to technology in your organization's communications. And you will gain practical, biblically based insight into how to build and steward transformative, lifelong relationships with your organization's donors. This is a CCNL required course and earns 20 points.

TLS 104 | Lead Like Jesus | Heart, Head, Hands, and Habits
This course is designed to help participants learn what is needed to develop the heart, head, hands, and habits of a great leader, with Jesus as the model. The readings, videos, and other materials are designed to help participants uncover what might be holding them back from realizing their full leadership potential and to develop the skills and habits needed to become leaders who lead like Jesus. Lead Like Jesus defines leadership as "anytime you influence the thinking, behavior, or development of another person, you are engaging in leadership." This is a CCNL elective course and earns 20 points.
