CCNL3 | RELATIONSHIP | CONNECTING HEARTS TO MINISTRY MISSION

This course provides an executive-level view of creating and building an engaging brand, connecting that brand with various audiences, and inspiring support. Discover how to design your organization's communications to cultivate supporters, partners, and champions.

Learning Objectives

  1. Learn the fundamentals of brand development.
  2. Understand the components of an engaging brand.
  3. Identify all channels and methods for connecting your brand with your target audience.
  4. Discover the core ways to inspire donor support.
  5. Learn the keys to stewarding lifelong donors.

Requirements for Receiving Credit

  1. Completing and submitting five Reflection assignments demonstrates that the participant has read the required resources and reviewed the presentation content.
  2. Engage in all topic forum discussions for all five sessions.

Faculty: Shelley Cochrane, Nonprofit Consultant 

Shelley Cochrane is a future-oriented, zero-based innovator who has helped not-for-profit organizations reinvent themselves after lagging behind non-negotiable trends, resulting in the loss of market share and raising the threat of closing their doors. She specializes in assessing problem areas and recommending improvements that enhance the ability to grow constituent relationships and maximize revenue generation for long-term sustainability. Shelley has served as a C-suite leader and executive director, leading strategy and planning, revenue generation, communications and branding, technology implementation, organizational partnerships, people development, program expansion, and board development.
